Tripxar Adventures™ is a product of Dillon Crown LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dillon Crown LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Tripxar Adventures iOS application.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Your email address and account identifier if you create an account.
• Voice recordings and text messages that you voluntarily provide while participating in conversations and language-learning scenes.
• Learning progress, completed scenes, favorites, saved adventures, language selections, difficulty levels, achievements, and activity timestamps.
• Technical information necessary to operate the service, such as device identifiers, app version, and diagnostic information used to maintain reliability and security.

We do not collect or store your payment card information. All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store using Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide interactive AI-powered language conversations.
• Transcribe your speech into text.
• Generate spoken responses from virtual characters.
• Save your learning progress and preferences.
• Authenticate your account.
• Provide customer support.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Improve Tripxar Adventures through aggregated and de-identified usage analytics.

Artificial Intelligence & Speech Processing

Tripxar Adventures uses third-party artificial intelligence and speech-processing providers to deliver conversational experiences.

When you participate in a scene, the information you provide — including your voice recordings and text messages — may be securely processed by these providers solely for purposes such as:

• Speech-to-text transcription
• AI conversation generation
• Text-to-speech synthesis

These providers process information only to provide the requested services on our behalf.

Microphone Access

Tripxar Adventures requests microphone permission so you can speak naturally during conversations.

Audio is recorded only while you actively choose to record within a scene. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information while speaking.

Service Providers

To operate Tripxar Adventures, we use trusted third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including:

• Artificial intelligence services
• Speech recognition
• Text-to-speech generation
• Secure authentication
• Cloud hosting and data storage
• Application infrastructure
• Analytics
• Apple App Store distribution and subscription processing

These providers may receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your account information, learning progress, saved adventures, and preferences while your account remains active so you can continue your learning experience across devices.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period unless we are required by law to retain certain information.

Your Choices

You may:

• Delete your account from within the app.
• Request access to your personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Contact us regarding any privacy questions.

Deleting the application from your device does not automatically delete your account or stored information.

Children

Tripxar Adventures is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum digital consent age in your country).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own where our service providers operate.
